Is Marathi Vivaah free to use?
Yes, basic registration and profile creation is completely free. You can create profiles, browse, and receive matches without any cost. Premium features are available for enhanced experience.
What are the age requirements?
You must be at least 18 years old to register on Marathi Vivaah. This is in compliance with Indian marriage laws and our terms of service.
How do I verify my profile?
We offer multiple verification options: Email verification, phone verification, photo verification, and optional government ID verification. Verified profiles receive higher trust scores and more matches.

Profile & Photos

How many photos can I upload?
Free members can upload up to 5 photos. Premium members can upload up to 15 photos. All photos must be appropriate and follow our community guidelines.
Why was my photo rejected?
Photos may be rejected for: inappropriate content, poor quality, celebrity images, copyrighted material, or unclear faces. Ensure photos are recent, clear, and appropriate for matrimonial purposes.
How do I set my primary photo?
Go to "Manage Photos" section, select your preferred photo, and click "Set as Primary". Your primary photo appears first in search results and profile views.

Matching & Communication

How does the matching system work?
Our system uses advanced algorithms considering religion, caste, education, profession, location, age, and personal preferences. Compatibility scores help identify better matches.
How do I contact other members?
Use the "Send Interest" feature on profiles. If they accept, you can communicate through our secure messaging system. We recommend initial conversations through our platform.
What if someone is harassing me?
Report immediately using the "Report" button on their profile. Block the user and contact our support team at support@marathivivaah.com. We take harassment seriously and will take appropriate action.

Privacy & Security

Is my information secure?
Yes, we use SSL encryption, secure servers in India, and follow IT Act 2000 guidelines. Your personal information is protected and never shared without consent.
Can I hide my profile?
Yes, you can deactivate your profile temporarily or permanently delete your account. Go to Settings > Privacy Settings to control your profile visibility.
Who can see my profile?
Only registered members can view profiles. Non-members cannot see detailed profiles. You can control visibility in your privacy settings.

Payments & Premium

What are the premium features?
Premium members get: unlimited messaging, advanced filters, highlighted profiles, detailed compatibility reports, priority support, and up to 15 photos.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept: Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, and major digital payment methods. All payments are processed securely through Indian payment gateways.
Is payment refundable?
Refunds are provided as per our refund policy and payment gateway terms. Contact support within 7 days for billing issues.
